Client Acquisition Role (2-5 yrs)
Forging Partnership :
- Partnerships and alliances with event partners for smooth functioning of the event. Like Colleges, interns etc.
- Reaching out to small partners for gifts in the events
- Managing the relationship and making them work around the same.
Database Management :
- Keeping data relevant
- Maintaining city wise data and updating new ones
- Understanding Tech tools for data handling
Communication :
- Communication - for emails and for social media
- Scripting and What's App messages required for calling
Reporting :
- Sponsor engagement - Inviting them and getting them onboard around the theme.
- Ensuring participants attend the events.
- Sending engagement dashboards and also follow up meetings.
Event Administration :
- With Venue partner
- With event management partner
- Ensuring the deliverables per city
Onboarding Sponsors :
- Scrubbing of data with Lusha
- Building a pipeline of sponsors
- Managing and meeting them and closing with founders.
