Client Acquisition Manager - Sales - Recruitment (1-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process for acquiring new clients.
- Develops and executes sales presentations to potential clients
- Creates proposals for providing recruitment services, customized to prospective clients needs
- To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure.
- Develops and implements sales plans and associated activities
- New Client Acquisition by engaging with key stakeholders in the prospective organization.
- Creating new business opportunities & independently managing sales.
- Engaging with the key decision-makers to acquire business & managing their relationship.
- To generate leads along with assigned team & Identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process.
- To manage time and workflow and create effective client meeting plans for his/ her team.
- Conversion off the leads.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Clients Servicing.
- Take briefings and feedback from clients.
- Maintaining the sales records and report every day to the reporting manager
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Should be a business minded person with self -motivation and a strong managerial attitude
- Candidates preferred from the recruitment/consulting/staffing firms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong client acquisition and negotiation skills
- Lead generation and Strong follow-up with client teams on setting up meetings
- Experience in using MS Office
- Can work on target basis
Location - WFH (But Should be from Delhi NCR)
Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM
Working Days: 5.5 Days (Alternates Saturdays and Sunday fixed off)
Salary - Upto 25K per month (Fixed) + Incentives
