Client Acquisition Executive - Field Sales - Bank (1-7 yrs)
The Client Acquisition Executive will be responsible for generating new business for the bank by approaching potential clients directly in the field. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calling, direct visits, and networking in targeted areas.
- Promote and sell a variety of banking products such as personal loans, credit cards, and savings accounts.
- Drive customer acquisition by conducting field visits to individuals, businesses, and residential areas.
- Develop and maintain a customer pipeline to ensure a steady flow of prospects.
- Educate potential customers on the benefits of the bank's products and services.
- Follow up with leads to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
- Collaborate with branch teams to ensure smooth processing of applications.
- Report daily sales activities and results to the sales manager.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience in field sales, customer service, or banking sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a competitive environment.
- Ability to work in different locations and adapt to various customer needs.
- Willingness to travel extensively and manage time efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of banking products is a plus.
- Local language proficiency and a valid driving license may be essential.
