Job Title: Client Account Manager
Job Type: Full-Time, Individual Contributor
Role: Work from Office & Client Visits
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Rotational Weekly Off)
About the Role:
As a Client Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing and nurturing relationships with key clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction and driving long-term partnerships. You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, overseeing the entire client lifecycle from onboarding to renewal, while proactively addressing client needs and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring all aspects of the client relationship are managed effectively and efficiently.
Understand Client Needs:
Develop a deep understanding of the clients' business objectives and tailor solutions to meet their specific goals.
Product Expertise:
- Act as a subject matter expert on the company's products and services, providing insights and support to clients to maximize value.
Revenue Growth:
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts to contribute to revenue growth.
- Coordination with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of products and services, meeting client expectations on time.
Client Account Monitoring:
- Monitor client accounts to identify potential issues or concerns, addressing them proactively to maintain satisfaction.
Regular Client Meetings:
- Conduct periodic meetings with clients to review account performance, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Onboarding and Training:
- Support the onboarding process for new clients, providing necessary training and guidance to ensure a smooth transition and strong start.
Proactive Account Management:
- Regularly engage with clients to build strong, lasting relationships through effective communication and active - problem-solving.
Sales and Marketing Support:
- Contribute to marketing and sales initiatives to help promote the company's products and services to potential clients.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 0-3 years of experience in account management, particularly in a B2B environment.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in computer applications.
- Knowledge of the company's products and services is advantageous but not mandatory.
