JOB PURPOSE :
- Responsible for developing trusted long term relationships with existing client
- Operate & liaison as the lead point for all clients and marketing Companies
- To bring-in innovative ideas as this would help faster and reliable growth & maximizing profits for the assigned campaign
- Forecast and track daily and monthly results to ensure interventions if required
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Develop and maintain professional relations with the client, to ensure smooth operational service levels are met and client satisfaction is achieved
- Coordinate with the sales manager to ensure everything is streamlined and ensure smooth work process
- Arrange training and ensure best performance of the team
- Travel to cities to meet the client and visit sales offices to ensure better results
- Responsible for timelines and accuracy of reports sent by client
- Pay strict attention to detail & analyze reports to ensure the same is cascaded to all concerned
- Escalating persistent issues and report it to COO
- Driving Sales & collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Analysis of Sales data
QUALIFICATION :
- Graduate in any discipline
- Master degree will be an added Advantage
JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :
- Should have 3-5 years of experience in handling Key sales accounts
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Solid experience with CRM and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong Verbal & written communication skill
