Job responsibilities:-
As a Client Account Manager, candidate would be responsible for:-
- Maintaining a good relationship with doctors and timely update on the new services and functionality been added on our platform
- Speaking to patients landing on our website and understand their health concerns, explain our products and services to them and convert them to take consultations from a suitable homoeopathic doctor on our panel
- Building business relationships with doctors and patients on our portal
- Get relevant case and health related contents from doctors
- Setting up consultations between doctors and patients and managing the entire workflow
- Coordinating business generation activities
- Answering potential client/customer questions and follow-up call questions
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients/customers
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities
- Maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
- Maintaining database (MS Office, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective doctor and patient
