Client Account Manager - Digital Advertising & Event Management Firm (4-7 yrs)

One of our clients which is into direct, digital advertising and event Management is having the below requirements
Position : Client Account Manager
Location : Bangalore
Experience : 4-7 years
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Candidates from client servicing and account management with advertising experience and events management background are only preferred
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your client/s.
- Develop and maintain excellent client relations
- Ensuring the Timely delivery of the projects
- Respond to client requests in a timely fashion
- Contribute to project team discussions
- Serve as key client contact for assigned account requirements
- Generate, share and manage project timelines
- Closely work with the creative and operations team on concepts, their development and execution
- Would have reporting Account Executives / Account Coordinators
- Responsible for the management and development of Account Coordinators and Account Executives.
JOB DUTIES :
- Lead day to day client engagement and interaction with creative team, content and production team.
- Support AD to negotiate on behalf of clients where necessary and manage client perception with respect to the project.
- Generate ideas for transaction in terms of best practices, new techniques for executing jobs and be aware of key issues in negotiations.
SKILLS AND REQUISITES :
- A university graduate, you have successful first-hand experience in handling large scale on ground marketing events (4-5 years), ideally in the IT space
- Excellent Project management skills
- Aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in small, collaborative teams
- Demonstrates an in depth understanding of all key client servicing metrics
- Understands how to handle the different resources in the phases of production
- Interest and ability to understand and follow processes end to end
- Flair and aptitude to service MNCs
- Shouldering comprehensive and end-to-end custodianship
- Willingness to travel and work out of identified/assigned locations (beyond the corporate hub in Bangalore)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent command over English Language, written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality
- Proven previous experience in managing client relationships
- Effective inter-personal and team management skills
