Client Account Manager (4-7 yrs)
1. Understanding the Client Requirements and Handling client Queries
2. Shall be a lead point of contact for any / all key client matters, anticipate the client needs, manage projects efficiently, negotiate commercial terms and generate sales. Must have prior relationships and End clients with a consistent track record of placements with then required
3. Interact with clients on a daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfill. Get involved in complete recruitment cycle-from sourcing to placing
4. Handle a Team of recruiters and vendors, motivate and mentor them. coordinating with the recruitments, delivery and hiring are met in a timely manner. Be accountable for revenue targets
