Client Account Management - Executive Search Firm (3-7 yrs)
Expectations from the role :
- Individual who has the ability to make connections with a new client - mine the account and build long term relationship
- Ability to generate positions at all levels at a New Client / Existing Client base
- Should be capable of creating organization chart within (3) months of handling the account
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your client
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and credibly influence at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
Skill Sets Required :
- Excellent communication skills
- Oral and written
- Good networking skills using available social networking platforms
- Open to visiting clients regularly
- Go getter with high motivation skills
- An individual who can make - ANZY IMPACT- at client base will be preferred
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Attention to detail
