Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Application Sales Specialist to join our performance marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a focus on pitching to Clients on Lead gen/Branding models. The role requires a proactive approach to generating leads, cultivating relationships, and closing deals to drive revenue growth for the agency.
Responsibilities :
1. Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients/agencies who would benefit from our solutions.
2. Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs and pain points of prospective clients to tailor solutions that address their specific requirements. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our applications.
3. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process. Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
4. Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from initial contact to closing the deal. Utilize CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and collateral materials that support sales efforts. Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
6. Achievement of Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently driving revenue growth for the agency. Continuously seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
7. Analysis: Analyse the market, competitors, and audience- providing actionable insights.
8. Acquire: Acquiring new and potential partners
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field will be a plus point.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the Marketing Agency.
- Strong understanding of Lead Gen/Branding principles and strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
