ClicFlyer - Senior Business Growth Manager (10-18 yrs)
Job Description: Core Competencies (Mandatory)
New Sales:
- Must have previous experience in selling SaaS based solutions to the clients in Retail/FMCG Sector
- Experience in managing Analytics & AI based services.
- Core competencies should include presentation skills, pitching SaaS based solution to senior managers and Proposal Development/Writing.
- Identifying client requirement and ability to match client need with suitable product offering.
- The candidates will be required to manage the complete Sales process including presales skills, lead generation, cost & pricing preparation, negotiation, closure and deal management.
Client Relationship Management & Business Growth:
The salesperson will be required to onboard and manage customer delivery for the first 6- months and ensure complete customer satisfaction. Key competencies should include:
- Customer Delivery Management,
- Account Management, tracking case/business inflow, Pipeline creation, Renewal of expiring customer contracts to ensure business continuity, Upsell & Cross-sell
Sales Management:
- A must to ensure productivity and reporting. These skills will include:
- Regular Account Review
- Reporting via CRM Tools
- Sales pipeline management, sales forecasting & sales projection
- Managing Service Level Agreement
- Delivery accuracy gaps, Market Analysis and Commercial/Competitive Analysis.
The right candidate will be required to work towards meeting the assigned revenue growth targets and must have a proven track record of achieving revenue goals in past roles.
Required Skill set:
- Self-driven and goal oriented.
- Leading a Team: Must have team handling experience and should be able to mentor and motivate the sales team to meet the desired sales targets.
- Experienced in handling the communication with Senior management at the client side.
