Hiring for Field Sales Manager
Job Description :
- The candidate will have 6 months to 3 years of experience in field sales in B2C and will be involved in Marketing and Sales (Branding, Awareness, Lead Generation, and sales).
- They will be required to travel across the city to various locations such as Malls, Shopping centres, Housing Societies, and Apartment complexes to set up our promotional stalls and pitch our products and generate interest with parents for the sales of educational products (Nursery to 10th) and generate sales and revenue.
- The successful candidate will report to the Manager of Sales.
Responsibilities :
- Meet prospective clients, execute effective product demonstrations, emphasizing product features and benefits with a focus on the value of the solution.
- Visit Apartments and societies to understand the scope of business in the respective location.
- Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for Sales Opportunities.
- On-boarding new children on the Clevernist platform will be a major KRA for a Field Sales Manager.
- Researching potential leads from open markets, web searches, or digital resources.
Requirements :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should have own vehicle.
- Should be proficient in Hindi and English language, knowing the regional language will be a plus.
- Should be comfortable to work for 6 days, rotational Week-off (Saturday & Sunday working).
- Effective presentation and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on MS Excel, Word & PPT, etc.
- Minimum 6 months to 3 years of proven sales track record and ability to meet targets.
Package - upto INR 4 LPA + Incentives + Travel Allowance
Location - Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad
