Imperative to have excellent communication skills.
Sales experience (3-4 years) :
1. Must have worked in an individual contributing roles with end to end responsibility of closing accounts.
2. Good at planning revenue targets- monthly, quarterly, yearly to meet quota.
3. Has handled large enterprise/corporate accounts.
4. Ability to drive product demonstrations and handle client objections.
Team handling experience (2- 4 years) :
1. Handled a team of 10-15 sales executives.
2. Leading from front- driving closures and training the team in delivering product demonstrations.
3. Monitoring productivity of team members- daily input metrics, operational adherence and output visibility.
4. Effective lead funnel management- ensuring high quality calls/emails to maximise on conversions.
Good to have :
1. Knowledge of tax system in India
2. Experience in GST/E-Invoice products
3. Experience in SaaS/Fintech sales with 7-10 days sales cycle
