Job description
Key Responsibilities as an Intern at ClearTax, you will be responsible for driving new sales.
- Sell ClearTax - Marketplace services - in the market
- End-to- end management of the sales cycle
- Communicating with prospects, follow-up on sales leads, handling customer queries, selling the right product that meets customer requirement, preparing sales quotation and driving order closure independently
- Carries direct responsibility of closing deals with a healthy conversion.
- Get insights on competition and position ClearTax USP's to ensure we come out on top as part of the evaluation
- Be able to negotiate and close deals in the face of stiff competition
- Accomplish the organizational mission of creating a deep impact in the way businesses handle their taxes.
- Feedback important features and customer needs into the roadmap
Desired Skills and Experience
Customer engagement, sales cycle, sales, sales manager, selling, key accounts, CRM Usage, Sales hygiene process, upselling, relationship management, retainership, account mining.
Requirements:
- Freshers/Experienced with sales acumen. You have experience selling to consumers/businesses in India and have a proven track record meeting and exceeding targets
- You're familiar with how Indian Taxation & compliances work.
- You have the hunger to constantly learn and innovate.
- 0-1 years of experience
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills, be able to convince prospects
