Roles and Responsibilities :
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:
- You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers. You would be required to liaise between customers and assigned banks/NBFC's according to customer needs
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT:
- End to end management of client's portfolio of delinquent accounts
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in client's data sets and use it to the business's advantage
- Manage portfolio revenues and ensure monthly portfolio targets are met
Required Skills:
- Graduate/Post Graduate from good institutes
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Good executer of team plans and target oriented
