Clay Telecom - Sales Engineer - Industrial Fan (2-3 yrs)
General Summary : Sales engineer who is well-versed with cold room market having experience and own contacts / leads, will have to sell Airius fans for Clay
- Approaching the existing market and explaining the concept / technical details about Airius fans to them
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc
- Should be capable enough to present his own sales strategies to generate sales
- Will have to create dealers / network channels for reaching out to new customers
- Work with marketing to ensure consistent lead generation
- Should be able to interpret clients needs and requirements and provide appropriate solutions
- Resolves customer complaints by investing problems and developing solutions
- Recommends changes in products, service and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
- Willing to travel to meet / approach customers across city / India
- Meeting sales target and preparing sales reports
- Coordinating and liasoning with internal sales support and site activities
- Train new sales force to ensure success
- Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver results
- Lead and schedule weekly and/or monthly team meetings with sales team and leadership
- Will have to participate in marketing activities like trade shows, exhibitions.

- Graduation- BE / B.Tech
- Post-Graduation- MBA in Marketing
