Product Description :

- 2Xcell is a tool for flipped classrooms, where teachers can tell students what to learn ahead of the class. Students are guided by mentors on 2Xcell. What to study at home is instructed by the mentor. Students watch the same content at home, which they are taught in school. This reinforces the learning process.

- Each topic has assignments for students to assess their progress. Parents and teachers are able to see a graphical representation of the learning pattern of the student. Students can ask questions from their fellow classmates and discuss problems in real-time. Students will earn badges for their activities on 2Xcell.

- Student's rank on the leaderboard enforces a healthy competition in the class.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Carrying a target for each product, making a pitch, presenting a proposal, following up

- Generating target revenue for all solutions /courses offered by the company.

- Devising new selling strategies and improving current sales processes.

- Good network with schools and can work on B2B model as well

- Building an instant connection with new customers and onboarding them onto the platform

- Supporting, responding, or escalating any issues or red flags to the appropriate team

- Engaging with customers periodically to understand their feedback on the platform, what is going well, and what can be improved

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience in B2B software sales or proven ability to achieve sales quotas

- Edtech Sales/Software Sales Experience is highly preferred

- You have an apparent Founder's mindset i.e. A mindset where you own the Business Development/Sales and shape it independently like a Founder

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of customer success processes

- Excellent communication skills coupled with a dynamic approach to sales.

- Open for traveling
