What we are looking for ?
- We are looking for people who enjoy multi-tasking & would love to work in a startup. You will have ownership over customer relationships and will be their main point of contact from Classpro. You will help us with our software subscription renewals and payment collections.
- What will be your responsibilities as a Customer Support Executive (Software)?
- Handle support requests from our customers - Provide prompt help & support to our customers.
- Following up with customers via phone for pending payment & subscription renewal
- Generating invoices, estimates and updating the same in software
- Coordinate with our internal tech team to get client issues resolved.
- Update and maintain our knowledge base of common issues faced by customers.
- Provide ongoing support to users, via phone, e-mail & chat, to ensure their success with Classpro.
- Working with clients, sales team, retention team & ensuring their success.

- A person in this role needs to keep our customers happy, so we expect an enthusiastic, energetic and optimistic personality.
- You need to have excellent communication skills. He/She should be able to understand customer issues, resolve their queries and coordinate with our internal teams for help.
