Designation: Market Expansion Associate
Responsibilities
- Scout (Lead generation) and On-board Educational content creators and Educators in the universe.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle. (Scouting > lead generation > calling > meeting > client onboarding)
- Take initiatives to help the customers understand and imagine the possibilities and potential that platform provides them and helps them generate revenue over the platform.
- Show proficiency in conducting live demos, and resolving any technical queries that the customers might have, and provide end-to-end support with account management.
- Spearhead efforts aimed at mentoring peers, defining our culture, and helping to build a fast-growing team.
Requirements and skills
- Bring your A-game: Have strong business acumen, analytical aptitude, and a problem-solving attitude.
- You are a Mr/Ms. 360: Are multi-tasker, critical thinker, and tactical executioner
- Bring veteran experience: Have worked with different teams and stakeholders and built strong customer relations along with generating good revenue.
- Preferably in high-growth start-ups, for a year or so.
