Basic Requirements:
- Age 21-30 can apply only
- 0-3 Years of direct Sales (Field Sales) experience
- Any Bachelor's Degree
- Comfortable with field work and long working hrs
- Strong proficiency in Spoken English and Regional Language
Driving should be known and own a vehicle
- Can create your own pool of clients via multiples channels
- Able to handle stress and pressure - Looking for long term career in Sales
- Self Driven and Street Smart attitude- Are keen to own end to end sales cycle- Excellent Presentation skills
Description : You will start your journey at Classplus as an individual contributor working in a team to Sell a disruptive product- As an individual contributor, be responsible for communicating with prospects via multiple channels- Own end to end sales cycle- Showcase the Classplus product & solutions and assisting tutors in selecting the best solution for their needs- Be responsible for mentoring peers, defining our culture, and helping to build a fast-growing team.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Manage customer discovery and establish first connect
- Lead hunting and calling on them to schedule a meeting
- Physically meet the customer and give them a demo of our product
- Maintain follow-ups over calls to keep building the sales pipeline. maintain healthy relationships with customers
- Explain the tech product in detail. If needed, give them a product demo/training
