We are a SaaS Edtech Startup enabling educators to launch their own online academy with white-labeled mobile app and websites.

We are looking for an Inside Sales Associate who has expertise in handling the complete sales pipeline. This includes leading the prospect from demo to account setup.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Give product demos and training to new customers

- Help new customers with onboarding and account setup

- Manage our inbound leads & follow up with those who haven't joined or scheduled a demo

- Proactively connect with customers to make sure they are not facing any problems with their accounts

- Spread awareness about our premium features among our existing customers

- Play a vital role in account expansion and retention

- Great communication skills (verbal & written)

- Self-motivated & excited about life in general

- Experience: 6 months - 4 years
