We are rapidly growing and expanding our team in the next few months that has opened a new position for a business development professional to drive our business forward and help our clients conceive and plan their business ideas.
About the Opportunity :
Successful candidates will have an opportunity to be Champion of business development in the B2C customer space!!! The candidate will have the luxury of driving his/her own sales strategy and drive conversations on all marketing decisions, but with a single minded pursuit of meeting and exceeding the sales targets.
Who are we looking for -
Individual who, after getting a customer lead is able to priorities those leads quickly and endlessly pursue the leads until they are converted into signed deals. A person who is not satisfied by mediocracy and able to drive discussions on new marketing initiatives. A person who can ace client's business ideas and suggest technical solutions on the fly and counsel the customers rapidly transform their ideas into business plan. A person who is able to see most of below traits in his/her past experiences
- Graduates / Post Graduates with 3-5 years of experience in sales from IT Services/E-Commerce/Media/Advertising background
- Ability to forge alliances quickly
- Love startups and love to be on your toes
- Self-Motivated who can operate without supervision
- Strong interpersonal and social skills
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions
- Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize when under pressure
- Proven sales experience in US and UK can get you closer to getting the offer letter
