Role :

- The role will play a key role in customer acquisition and customer retention.

- As the Sales Engineer & Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible to support all customer touch points from pre-sales software demonstrations and customer trials/pilots to post-sales customer support.

- Role requires strong communication skills and technical skills in SQL, Python, and data visualization.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience is required in B2B software company.

Requirements :

- Excellent communicator skills with fluency in verbal and written English - emails, chat or calls, customers should feel delighted to talk to you. Identifying our customers' challenges and priorities is key to role's success.

- Strong technical skills in SQL, Python and data visualization to configure client needs using our software.

- 2-3 years B2B Software Sales Engineering (pre-sales) or Customer Success/Service (post-sales) experience.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.

- Familiarity with data topics - cloud, AI, modern data stack etc.
