Clari - Senior Role - Customer Support (3-4 yrs)

About the Role :
- The core responsibility of a customer service representative is to address customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner. The CS rep would have to interact with customers on a variety of channels such as Email, Intercom and Slack, and ensure that all valid customer concerns are being dealt with immediately.
Responsibilities :
- Take ownership of customer issues, troubleshoot them and see them to resolution within the stipulated time frame
- Be a product expert and advocate for a delightful customer experience internally
- Collect feedback from customers and use it to strengthen internal processes and Share customer suggestions to product team for creating feature requests
- Document the learnings from resolved issues
- Report Bugs and complex cases to Engineering.
- Track and and see them to resolution within the stipulated time frame ensuring customer experience is not affected
Requirements :
- 3-4 years of experience in Technical Support
- Team player, enjoys working hard, exhibits professionalism, is dedicated to meeting and exceeding expectations
- Highly desirable to have experience with making CRM (Salesforce) customizations
- Bonus to have professional programming/scripting experience, experience with Microsoft Exchange, and/or configuring SSO
-Must have some experience in Database queries and joins(MySQL, MS SQL or Postgre). Exposure to Mongo would be desirable
- Good to have experience in JSON or other structured data format
- Good English communication - Verbal and Written
- Flair for Technology
- Empathy for customers and the ability to adapt to different types of situations/issues/Customers
- Ability to multitask
-Willingness to work in Night shifts
