Clappia - Associate - Business Development & Sales (1-6 yrs)
Responsibilities
1) Planning, directing and coordinating sales activities and strategies
2) Demonstrate the product to the prospective customers and follow up with them to close the deals
3) Drive and implement Go-to-Market strategies to onboard new customers
4) Work on marketing collaterals and implement other lead generation techniques
5) Onboard the new customers and implement their use cases
6) Prepare proposals and sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
7) Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
8) Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
9) Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
10) Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
11) Interact with international clients
Requirements
1) A highly self-driven individual
2) Knowledge of MS-Excel and other office suite products
3) Ability to learn new things and adapt
4) Proficiency in English (Both Written & Verbal)
5) Communication and negotiation skills
6) Prior sales and business development experience preferred
7) B.Tech + MBA preferred (not a must have)
