Job Brief
- We are looking for a competitive - Field Sales Business Executives- Specifically for Mumbai Region to achieve sales targets through strategies. The job involves providing digital storefronts to physical retailers at a rapid pace to enable users to view products available in stores and enable exponential growth to the retailers. The platform of this business demands skill of selling a concept and value preposition of the same to potential customer, also job demands ability to promote business with cordial relations, patience and utilizing network of customer for expanding the reach of business.
Responsibilities
- Get the sale- using various customer sales methods (B2B, cold calling, Field Engagement sales etc)
- Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
- Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
- Have a complete knowledge about the product while visiting the client
Requirements
- Proven sales experience.
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- The candidate should have a good hold on English, Hindi & Local Language .
- Should know how to feed data on Microsoft Office .
- Laptop, two wheeler and smartphone compulsory.
- The candidate should have their own laptops and internet
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Computer use competency
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-Motivated and Highly number driven candidate.
- Should have their Documents like: Aadhar card, Pan card, Driving licence & Bank account.
Important Instructions
- 80% Field Work And 20% Work From Home/office .
- High Incentive Based Structure.
- Flexible Working Culture.
- 6 Days Working/alternate Saturdays Half Day.
- Daily Reporting To The Team Leader.
- Have A Chance To Earn Minimum Upto 30k - 65k/month
Qualifications :
- 1 - 3 years territory sales experience preferably in high tech and O2O/B2C/B2B Platform.
