CityMall - Executive - Customer Support (2-5 yrs)
Job Summary:
- The Customer Support Executive's day to day task is to interact with CityMall potential customers to answer a variety of functions and inquiries.
- CSE's will describe CityMall's products to potential customers on whatsapp, phone and email.
- CSE's should have good English and Hindi speaking skills, excellent in communication, have a basic computer knowledge and a passion for delivering superior customer support. Excellent growth opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level customer support
- Communicate effectively, courteously and directly with customers to answer products questions or issues
- Demonstrates the ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks
- Respond to customers and service requests that originate by whatsapp, telephone, apps, web-based portals and e-mail
Requirements:
- Min. 2 year Customer Support experience preferably in Ecommerce
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an excellent ability to listen
- Must be self-motivated and detail oriented, with a positive/cooperative attitude and be able to function effectively as a team member
- Possesses basic computer skills with the ability to easily grasp the functionality and concepts of company used software
- Ability to perform in a fast paced environment while maintaining a professional and effective approach to high-stress situations
- Strong communications skills
