We're bringing joy back to commuting, and turning around urban traffic woes in a big way.
Today, we run 120 buses and log 5000 daily bookings in Mumbai. After having established a strong product-market fit and building a profitable business, we- re expanding services to NCR, where the commute problem is as urgent and exciting. Over the next 2 years, we plan to scale to 2500 buses and 100,000 daily bookings across four cities.

About the role :
In this role, you will be responsible for increasing online acquisitions effectively by planning & executing digital marketing campaigns. We are looking for someone who lives and breathes in the digital marketing ecosystem, is analytically sharp and is hungry to scale businesses.
Your key responsibilities :
- Managing campaign execution, creating, optimizing campaigns, analyzing install data and solving problems.
- Oversee and continue improving tracking, attribution, and overall data access to analyse key metrics including cost to acquire, quality of the traffic by source and return on investment.
- Provide complete performance reporting and analysis on all the marketing campaigns and take relevant action on insights gained.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests Drive, manage and partner with key internal stakeholders
Must have :
- Bachelor's degree with 1-4 years of work experience, preferably with mobile apps.
- Good knowledge of Google UAC, Facebook ads and DV360 ad platforms.
- Basic understanding of attribution tools such as Appsflyer, Branch or Adjust.
- Experience of using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
