City Sales Manager - Retail (4-8 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Track and monitor performance of franchisee on a day to day basis.
- Guide franchise in identifying valuable sellers and selection .
- Own and manage integration of portfolio of sellers being launched through franchisee channel and ensure that they are getting trained by the franchisee as per our expectation.
- Understand the steps involved in the franchisee launch process and facilitate franchisee launch.
- Understand products and services offered and be able to train the franchisee sales and service associates on it.
- Establish long-term partnerships with franchisee management and team for delivering results.
- Ensure that the franchisee is launching the sellers as per their weekly and monthly targets.
This position is based out of Bangalore and will require travel to franchisee locations for one time training
Experience
Relevant:
- 4+ years of experience required
- More than 1+ years of experience in sales team management or e-commerce vendor onboarding
- Passion for e-commerce and ability to manage third party service provider.
- Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
- Experience in prospecting, product presentations, negotiation and influencing third party service providers.
- Proven ability to manage the business - by the numbers- . Must be metrics-driven.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Deep understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in India with prior interactions with sellers and distributors is desirable
