Job Scope:
1. Own the P&L for the city
2. Manage a large wedding planning team and be responsible for their productivity and output
3. Run a high performance team that meets monthly sales targets at all costs
4. Give the central teams deep insights on the city in terms of catalog, pricing, customer behaviour, lead quality.
Requirements:
1. You need to be a proven sales track record
2. Bachelor's degree.
3. Comfortable in handling large teams
4. Strong work ethic and communication skills
5. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle unexpected changes or challenges.
6. Multilingual is a bonus.
Mandatory Pointers (Can't be neglected during screening)
1. Category P&L ownership for the city
2. Effective in identifying and solving issues.
3. Consistent success in driving sales target
4. Comfortable in handling large teams
5. Candidate should be from startup whether grown up or can be from renowned companies like Flipkart or Amazon or similar to these ecommerce companies and Interior designing (Like Livspace, Homelane)
