City Sales Head - FMCG - IIT/NIT/BITS/IIM/MDI (6-15 yrs)
City Sales head ( Tier1,2,3 )
What You'll Do :
- Hire, Lead & manage the entire sales vertical of the City which strives to deliver the business targets
- Own complete City P&L of the sales vertical and formulate a data-driven strategy for growth of the business
- Design the sales strategy, set business goals & drive execution to achieve these goals
- Work closely with cross-functional vertical leaders in the formulation and execution of sales strategy, identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions
- Support and develop relationships with key strategic partners and business alliances
- Shortlist avenues of future growth and zero in on effective channels through structured data driven experimentation
What You'll Need :
Profile 1 :
- Tier II MBA Graduates (New IIMs, Nirma, TISS, Welingkar, TAPMI, Symbiosis, etc) with 1-4 Years of experience in BD/Sale in START-UP
- Out of the box thinking, experimentation mind-set and proven track record of scaling up/over achieving sales targets
- Managed large sales/BD teams as city/state head
- P&L ownership with excellent leadership & team management skills
- Ability to drive initiatives in a constantly changing work environment and adopt a do-what-it-takes mind-set
Profile 2 :
- Tier I Engineering Graduates (IIT/NIT/BITS) with 1-3 Years of experience in BD/Sales in a STARTUP
- Out of the box thinking, experimentation mind-set and proven track record of scaling up/over achieving sales targets
- Managed large sales/BD teams as city/state head
- P&L ownership with excellent leadership & team management skills
- Ability to drive initiatives in a constantly changing work environment and adopt a do-what-it-takes mind-set
Profile 3 :
- 6-8 Years of experience in FMCG
