Your role as a City Manager - Bangalore
Zealth is opening over 300+ branches across India. In Bangalore, our target is to roll-out across 10+ outlets branches in 2018 and another 200+ branches in 2019 across India. We are looking for smart, motivated and ambitious Interns to be part of our team.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) :
Operations :
1. Overseeing branch operations
2. Managing branch owners and franchisees
3. Receivable and Payable Management
4. Branch Customer satisfaction and servicing
5. New branch roll-out
Marketing :
1. Identifying the best marketing channels - social media and BTL
2. Carrying out localised BTL activities at Apartments, Tech Parks
3. Explore alliances with similar businesses (Gyms, Salons)
Sales :
1. Track Branch Sales
2. Develop new Sales channels (Corporate, Other tie-ups)
