Job Profile :
Ownership of Profit & Loss (P&L) for the City : Drive financial performance in the designated city, ensuring profitability and growth.
Leadership and Management : Lead and manage a large wedding planning team, ensuring their productivity, performance, and output meet company standards.
Sales Performance : Drive a high-performance team culture, consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
Market Insights : Provide comprehensive insights to central teams regarding the city's market dynamics, including catalog, pricing, customer behavior, and lead quality.
Requirements :
Proven Sales Track Record : Demonstrated success in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Bachelor's Degree : Minimum educational requirement.
Team Management Experience : Experience in effectively managing large teams, fostering productivity and collaboration.
Strong Work Ethic and Communication Skills : Ability to communicate effectively and work diligently in a dynamic environment.
Adaptability : Flexibility to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Multilingualism : Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.
Preferred Industry Background : Candidates with experience in the wedding, furniture (e.g., Pepperfry), or paint industry are preferred.
