- Strategized and execute city level sales plan and responsible for P/L for Primary, Secondary sales.

- The role will require a highly successful and target oriented Real Estate Sales Professional with Flair & Personality.

- Responsible for developing Residential business mainly in the primary Market.

- Main Focus includes Developer Relationships clubbed with project marketing.

- Proven track record in similar role or at the level of senior sales and marketing manager

- Self-Confident, decisive, resilient and able to thrive under pressure in a fast paced environment.

- Self Disciplined, with excellent time management skills, and flexible in order to achieve results.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal with people from diverse backgrounds

Qualification :

- Minimum Graduate

- Minimum Experience of 8 years in Residential Real estate.
