City Manager - Sales & Operations (3-7 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Be responsible for implementing an appropriate and effective project management framework.
- Coordinate with pre-sales,sales,design and project management teams to maintain the overall lead/project cycle.
- Be the PnL owner for all the interior projects in the city.
- Ensure assigned projects are completed within schedules while meeting customer needs, business objectives and design guidelines.
- Manage project deliverable including risk allowance. monitor and control changes/variations.
- Establish and prepare formal reporting arrangements on project progress for customers and internal teams.
- Be the escalation point of contact for customers within a specific city/region to address any issues affecting the delivery time and quality standards.
Requirements :
- Ability to monitor a project's journey ( design discussions, customer meetings,progress at site, handover ) and foresee/support any potential escalations with the corrective measures.
- Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
- Pro-active in initiating discussions with customers,vendors and internal stake-holders, scheduling meetings and being efficient in frequent travelling within the city as and when required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, negotiation,presentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with google sheets,CRM/project management tools.
- Sincerity and passion about giving the best customer experience.
- Ability to work well under pressure and to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong core values and integrity.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's / Master's degree.
- 4+ years in Sales & Operations( Preferably within the home/commercial interiors or furniture industry ).
- Start-up experience is preferred.
- Proven success rate at levels above sales quotas.
- Team leading experience is a must for the role.
