City Manager - Sales - IoT Products - IIT/IIM/FMS/MDI (4-6 yrs)
1. Drive Sales of IoT based products in residential societies.
2. Own end to end client relationships from sales to delivery.
3. Managing relationships with Channel partners & other influencers
4. Drive new initiatives with clients in their territory/cluster.
Requirements :
1. 4 to 6 years of experience in B2B Sales.
2. Ability to measure and analyse key performance indicators (RoI & KPI's).
3. Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.
4. Ability to drive and exceed target numbers on a month to month basis.
5. Ability to find new leads, make channel partners and prospect for new clients by networking.
6. Excellent communication, stakeholder management & negotiation skills.
7. Willing to travel extensively, organized and self- motivated.
8. Identify and develop new markets to grow the business.
Plus Points :
- MBA from Tier 1 College.
- Have previously worked in a fast paced startup environment.
- Experience and existing relationships with RWA's, Facility Management Companies & Real Estate would be an added advantage.
- Working proficiency in Marathi language & knowledge of Pune territory.
