City Manager - Sales - Home Loan (8-15 yrs)
Purpose of the Job:
- Responsible for executing business plans in Home Loans domain in the city of operation.
- Maintain strong relationships on demand and supply side.
- Deliver set financial and growth objectives for the business by deepening developer relationships, optimising connector & DSA business, maintaining strong portfolio and growing the business.
Profile of the candidate:
- MBA/ Post Grad. with 8+ years of experience across sales and relationship management.
- 4+ years of preferred work experience in Home Loan domain with a leading bank, DSA or a leading real estate developer
- Trailblazing record in maintaining key accounts & ensuring profitability for the company.
- Should have managed relationships with Banks and NBFCs and holds a long-term connection with them.
Reporting to: Business Manager - Home Loans, ANAROCK.
Roles & Responsibilities:
A. Business relationship management:
1. Hold meetings with developers along with city Leads. Visit top projects.
2. Analyze the data of performance (HL as % of total cases), leakages etc.
3. Supervise HL agents at project sites
4. Bring innovative & customized schemes in conjunction with partners
5. Provide trainings to teams
6. Ensure high CSAT: Establish organisation's presence and influence developers with
organisation value/ business proposition. Ensure high degree of execution excellence.
7. Maintain relationships with connector and DSA partners across the city.
8. Work closely with the developer partners, understand areas of opportunities and work
with leadership team to create customized solutions for developers and their
customers.
B. Business and Sales Execution & Review
1. Ensure assigned revenue targets are met.
2. Review daily logins across markets and productivity along with HL agents.
Visit the various project locations to review the performance of own team and understand on ground challenge, monitor deviations from set targets and provide course correction inputs
3. Participate in review discussions with leadership team, provide market intelligence and feedbacks.
C. Systems and Process Management
1. Owner of all leads generated in the city of operation. Ensure all updated feedbacks are submitted on daily basis.
2. Own and analyze all online leads, call performance etc
3. Allocate qualified leads to partners/ DSA.
D. Competition landscape:
1. Visit competitors & compile all schemes.
2. Provide updates to central team.
3. Scan for market intelligence, potential new launches and pre-launches opportunities.
