City Manager - Sales - FMCG (5-10 yrs)
- Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies for their assigned city
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the city
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the city
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and other performance metrics
- Conducting market research to identify trends, competitors, and other relevant information
- Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on sales and marketing activities within the city
- Collaborating with other departments within the company, such as product development and customer service, to ensure that the needs of customers within the city are being met
- Participating in industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote the company and its products or services
- Travelling throughout assigned city to train and guide company sales representative. This includes 80% of your travel.
- Developing innovative sales strategies to increase sales within an assigned city via travelling.
