City Manager - Residential Sales (7-10 yrs)
Location: Delhi
Reporting to: National Head
Roles & Responsibilities
The incumbent would focus on :
- Achieving profitability in the Residential space set for the assigned territory
- Recruit internal team of Sales Team Managers and executive to drive revenue target
- Recruit and train team for SPO's and Project Marketing
- Identifying Projects which can be worked upon as exclusive mandates
- Cross sales of Developers Projects across regions through undertaking various marketing activities.
- Guiding team in closing high end transactions
- Developing and maintaining Builder relationships in the region and generate Promotion Campaigns and Special Offers.
- Empanelment with brokers in and around the assigned territory and deal closure as per the revenue targets
- Organizing marketing activities, events in coordination with marketing team to create awareness of various properties, thus generating more number of leads
- Collaborate with group companies to ensure maximum number of transaction
- Billing, Collections and timely updates to internal stakeholders
- Reviewing performance of team and counsel them on their performance
- Reporting for National Head for progress on Project Marketing initiatives as well as updates of revenue generated through retail team.
- Audit sales calls and take appropriate actions for integrity related issues
- Representing the organization in different forums, as and when necessary
Job Specification
- Candidate should be an MBA (Marketing\ Finance) or Post Graduate in Marketing\ Finance with an inclination towards sales.
- Should have 7 - 10 years experience from the Real estate\ Mortgage industry.
- Candidate should possess managerial skills
