City Manager - Marketing - FMCG (7-9 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :
1. Create and manage deployment of offline Marketing Campaigns.
2. Identify new channels to acquire customers in city.
3. Analyse campaign ROI, ensure acquisition at optimal cost
4. Identifying key brand issues, opportunities in city and lead customizing marketing plan for the city
5. Monitor and execute on ground activation
6. Work with Agencies to recruit/train/deploy promoters
7. Ensure proper deployment of promoters to achieve acquisition targets
8. Work with branding team to create necessary marketing collaterals for BTL activities
9. Monitor competition on various aspects such as new offering, pricing, consumer offer, ATL & BTL activities.
10. Develop a database of suppliers and promotional agencies, manage existing supplier relationships
11. Working with suppliers on project deliveries including their line-up, cost negotiation, on boarding to execute campaigns as per plan
