City Manager - Education/Insurance (6-10 yrs)
- Professional with a Proven Track record to lead and guide the Team to Convince & Counsel for Generating the Revenue. Ensuring the Revenue & Quality parameters are achieved & maintained in lines with Organisational Goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for Revenue generation. Minimum 6-9 years of experience is preferred mainly Needs pure Sales Experience with B2C
- We are looking out for a person at Zonal or Regional head level and have handled a team of at least 20 members.
- Responsible for generating revenue of the city and should have good knowledge about P&L.
- Minimum revenue target should above 10L, Should understand P&L. Candidate will be handling teams.
- Monitoring and guiding team under them, responsible for Allotment of work to people under him. Two team leaders will be reporting to him
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must Have:
- Minimum 3 yrs of experience of leading a Team of TL. Mandatory 2 yrs of exp into Sales process. Avg Team Handling Size: 2 TL & 30 Exec
- Preferred Language: Eng, Hindi and one regional language
Good to Have:
- Experience with sales/operations function at Field Sales in any B2C Sector
