Job Description :

1. Managing diverse operations from a distance.

2. Financial and operations planning

3. Formulate fruitful business development strategies to ensure long-term success

4. Come up with specific POA for each store as per the stores history of performance.

5. Set standards and objectives for different stores and change them as often as required.

6. Optimize and oversee operations to ensure efficiency

7. Lead a team of store managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals

8. Undertake sound financial management to ensure stores are profitable and stay within budget

9. Ensure compliance with Company's policies and operational guidelines.

10. Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions

11. Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it

12. Report to seniors on progress and issues

13. Assist upper management in decisions for expansion or acquisition

14. To deliver highest standard of customer service

15. Have attrition under control

16. Identify training needs and groom staff to the next level.

17. Excellent communication skills.

18. Increase standards of customer service.

19. Provide training and development for staff.

20. Communicate with clients on a regular basis.

21. Ensure quality consistency across the region .

22. Maximize sales and profitability in the region.

23. Set sales targets for individual locations

Skills required:

1. Excellent communication skills.

2. At least 5+ years similar experience.

3 .Must have a Bachelors degree in business, marketing, finance or related field.

4. Willing to travel extensively within the city.

5. Strong analytical skills.

6. Proven track record of meeting sales targets

7. Good in communication skills.Good in English (Verbal & Written)

8. Good knowledge of Advance Excel .(Knowledge of Macros and SQL will be an added advantage).
