City Lifts - Sales Role - Car Parking Elevators (1-15 yrs)
- Generating leads by visiting builders, architects, interior designers and construction companies/ sites.
- Making business proposals, Handling Negotiations, final closures and payment follow ups
- Achieve given sales targets.
- To complete daily/weekly log of all activities
- Monitor and be updated with market and competitor activity.
- To present a realistic proposal to a prospective client, having thoroughly understood cost factors, and ensure that the proposal is achievable.
- Maintain harmonious relationship with customers from order booking to handover
- Implementation of procedures from inquiry to handover
Must be familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) as well as other related software like AutoCAD. Fluent in English.
Degree in Technical education mandatory
