Job Description :
- Minimum 12 - 15 years of Business Development Experience in Real Estate, Proptech (highly preferred) and Banking or app-based organization will be preferred

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for P&L for the region
- Manage a large team of skilled professionals
- Responsible for achieveving targets of sales, BD, billing & collection for the region
- Liaison with Developers to foster excellent working relationship
- Motivate team to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets
- Full control on P&L with ways to increase revenue and minimise cost
- Foster team bonding, culture and company ethos within the team
- Build world-class team and minimise attrition
- A thought leader with strong business acumen and analytical skills
- A go-getter with desire to excel in all the business parameters
- Create, develop and exploit commercial opportunities to increase the company's income through existing and potential new clients with whom you will target, initiate and develop business relationship
- Drive business activity, market opportunities, status, trends and business developments for the organization in the assigned market/territory
- Create and drive strategies to realize commercial opportunities and minimize risks to the business
- Produce and deliver a sales action plan which supports the company's strategic objectives, achieving sales targets and using initiative to take corrective measures as needed
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company's portfolio and working knowledge of competitor products/services
- Managing rights and obligations under the company's key commercial agreements and other regulatory bodies

- Identify new market opportunities, taking the lead on constructing a robust and successful business proposal with Developers that secures new deals, contracts and long term relationships
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality throughout: on current business activities, short-long term plans, proposals under scrutiny and any other activity related to the business
- Ensure areas of responsibility are delivered in a way that are consistent with the company's goals and financial-cost improvement plans
- Develop and maintain an excellent rapport with Developers, key CPs and internal stakeholders
- Provide commercial and business development support/advice to other areas of the business within the Group according to the need
