City Lead - Sales - eCommerce (1-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Manage & build selections from specific regions to enable and acquire suppliers with desirable trends.
2. Collaborate with Regional manager on getting 10X achievement on targets assigned
3. Make Individual ownership in activating B2B only hubs and collect niche trends as per category direction
4. Scale the onboarded suppliers by the team in getting 2.5X selections enabling them for early Success in the platform
5. Training and motivating individuals towards goal achievement

Performance Onboarding :
- Catalogs Training and motivating individuals towards goal achievement.
- Worked on Projects Cross-functional team projects involving multiple stakeholders
Geo/ Category :
- Should have worked on 2 regional and 2 category level problem statements, defining the framework for a scalable and consistent performance
Soft Skills :
Ability to work on :
- Data's Advanced Excel and Google sheets, Any SQL server basic Knowledge Autonomy
- Should have created 1 or 2 projects to solve platform issues on BD inputs and process
Hard Skills :
Qualification Professional Degree :
- Experience Level Sr. BDM for 12-18 months or Team manager for 1-3 years
- IT Skills
- Excel, Google Sheets, Docs, PPT, basic Adwords, CRM, and SQL (Optional)
