Job Description :
About the role:
Shall be responsible for driving business through the Direct Sales Team
- Providing investment advice to clients, deepening the relationship and getting more wallet size of the client to generate revenue
- Shall be responsible for management of Profitability of the city.
- Shall be responsible for coordination & facilitation of various process for a smoother flow of business
- Coordinating promotional activities and executing schemes for getting incremental business from time to time
- Responsible for handling customer queries and maintaining the health of the relationship
Key Responsibilities :
Business Development :
- Competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics.
- Utilizing the public information and personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads.
- Implementing marketing strategies to build consumer preference and driving sales volumes through appropriated channels
Sales :
- Developing/sustaining the existing network & effectively managing the demand supply chain, ensuring timely and cost effective delivery of Services.
- Monitoring and keeping collections under control, & ensuring timely recovery of outstanding.
- Interfacing & liaising with clients at corporate and managing accounts.
Client Relationship Management :
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by responding to customer queries, achieving delivery & service quality norms
- Managing customer centric operations, forwarding customer instructions/ specifications to the concerned department
- Streamlining the execution of orders and overseeing the production process- after billing to execution till its delivery.
- Ensuring effective Complaint management pertaining to client grievance; checking with client about details and quality and minimizing rejection rate thereby avoiding money loss.
Branch Administration :
- Implementing competent strategies for boosting the business with a view to penetrate new accounts and expand existing ones for meeting pre-determined business objectives and targets.
- Organizing events, sales promotions activities etc
- Leading, training and motivating team ensuring their career development leading to positive contribution to the performance of the company.
- Maintaining MIS reports and periodically submitting the reports to top management.
