City Head - Sales - Bank (5-10 yrs)
City Head
- Responsible for achieving the monthly sales target assigned for various products & services.
- Ensure the productivity of RMs and KAM's are being delivered month on month
- Cross-sell new products & service opportunities.
- Maintain good relationships with CXO- s/ Partners/ Proprietors & Directors
- Seek References from existing customers for more business
- Market mapping, customer mapping, competitor mapping in the geography assigned
- Proactively identify sales prospects and do business development activities
- Work with the compliance team to ensure product sales as per regulation.
- Maintain daily activity matrix and calls/follow-up.
- Ensure daily sales call a routine with Regional Head Sales
- Maintaining salary credit of the accounts opened.
- Should be open to travel extensively.
Experience and Qualification:
- 5-10 years of corporate salary or retail banking experience in large private sector banks like HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, and IndusInd Bank. OR
From Payroll cards/ payment banks like - Paytm, NIYO, ICICI Bank Pay Direct, Axis Payroll Cards, Airtel Payment Bank, Paytm Payment banks, etc
- Experience of financial products, geographies and distribution will be a plus
- Ability to drive sales.
- Ages should be less than 38 years
- Graduates/ Post Graduates (MBA preferred)

- Good communication skills
- Ability to get the work done by the team and lead by example
