City Head/Branch Head - Sales - Sponsorship (7-20 yrs)
Branch Heads / City Heads / Business Development Manager look after the routine administration of the city and the organization and its development. He/she directs, promotes, and coordinates the city operations in a manner that will optimize its performance in sales, sponsorship, operation, and other operational activities activated to run the office. He/she shall ensure that they improve the City's efficiency, achieve set budgets, and deliver outstanding performance.
Qualifications Required:
Minimum - Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Bachelor's degree or Masters in Business Administration / Sports Management/ Event Planning or a related field will be preferred.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 5+ Years experience Business Development that too in a senior position
- Experience of leading teams of sales & operations is required.
Skills Required:
- Strong leadership, Business Development and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong understanding and passion for sports, with knowledge of various sports operations and management practices will be preferred.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
(Ability to communicate in the local language will be preferred)
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to interact effectively with diverse groups, including clients, vendors, and team members.
Flexibility:
- Ability to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required during event days.
Your work will include but is not limited to:
- Getting connected to potential clients & sponsors over calls
- Contact companies and individuals and also visiting different venues to get registrations for the events
- Coordination between on-ground and in-office Teams
- Managing office operations
- Build positive relationships with external customers, partners, and stakeholders. Understand their needs and expectations to ensure successful collaboration.
- Support various departments, including Marketing, Operations, Strategy, Sales & social media in reaching their goals.
- Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy
- Manage event schedules, logistics, etc.
- Event Planning, Sales, Vendor Coordination, Team Leadership & other operation work.
Salary: Min: 7.20 LPA Max: 18 LPA
