City Head - BFSI (8-15 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Drive growth for the SME business to meet revenue targets.
- Requires a deep understanding and experience in the SME segment for products like unsecured business loans and secured OD/CC/TL product
- Should have built an extensive network of DSA channels in the past as well as handled a Direct Sales team
- Strong knowledge of financial statements analysis and insights on industry trends & have a strong market intelligence.
- Have the ability to work in a unstructured developing environment and have the flexibility to change strategies as per market changes
- Develop a strong DSA channel in NCR with a focus on signups and activations
- Build a mentor a team of sales executive and drive business growth
- Build a strong funnel of leads at all times through the DST and DSAs
- Track and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Maintains & Improves turnaround and conversions.
