Job Description :
1. Looking for the enthusiastic sales professionals from GI, who thrives in challenging environment and leads by example.
2. Responsible to enhance Market share, activation of dealership and renewal retentions.
3. Scale up the Agency Channel business with the existing Team.
4. Achieve GWP targets - Target Planning (Product Mix, Channel Mix, Region wise)
5. Monitor, Review & Intervene in Manpower Productivity in terms of Growth in Channels & Business
6. Monitor, review & Intervene to achieve targeted COA, Loss Ratio
